In accordance with article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), tellamamos.es and the portals listed in section 2 (“the Portals”) are owned by:

2. Websites covered
This legal notice applies to tellamamos.es, to all its subdomains (for example, tualarma.tellamamos.es) and to tellamamos.com, which redirects to tellamamos.es. The Portals are:

The Portal brands (TuAlarma, TuSeguroDeDecesos and those added later) belong to DataGrowt Systems, S.L. and are not separate companies.
The Portals are not official websites of any security company, insurer, energy supplier, telecoms operator, NGO or public authority, and do not act on their behalf.
3. What we are not
DataGrowt Systems, S.L.:
- is not a private security company, insurer, insurance intermediary, energy supplier, telecoms operator or credit intermediary;
- does not sell or contract the products or services of the companies in each sector;
- does not advise on or recommend products or services.
On the insurance Portals, DataGrowt only collects the person’s request to be contacted and passes it on to the companies the person authorises. It does not present, rank or recommend insurance products and gives no information on their prices or financial terms.
4. Purpose and applicable documents
tellamamos.es presents the Portals. On each Portal, the person explains what they need and asks to be contacted by the companies in the sector that they authorise, so that those companies can present their proposal.
Use of the Portals is governed by:
- the Terms of use;
- the Privacy policy;
- the Cookie policy;
- each Portal’s list of recipients, at the
/cesionariosaddress of that Portal (for example, tualarma.tellamamos.es/cesionarios).
5. Access and use
Access is free, except for the cost of each person’s internet connection. Users undertake to use the Portals lawfully and in good faith and, in particular, not to:
- enter false data or other people’s data without their permission;
- submit forms automatically, scrape content in bulk or overload the systems;
- impersonate another person;
- introduce viruses or any other harmful code.
DataGrowt may refuse to process or cancel requests that break these rules and take proportionate technical measures to prevent fraudulent use.
6. Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, designs, logos, brands and code of tellamamos.es and the Portals belong to DataGrowt Systems, S.L. or to third parties that have authorised their use. Photographs come from image libraries licensed for commercial use. You may view and print them for personal use; they may not be reproduced, distributed or transformed for commercial purposes without written permission.
The brands of the companies on the lists of recipients belong to their owners and are mentioned only to identify them.
7. Links
The Portals link to third-party websites, such as the privacy policies of the recipient companies. DataGrowt does not control those websites. If it becomes aware that a link points to unlawful content, it will remove it promptly (article 17 LSSI).
8. Liability
DataGrowt takes reasonable care to keep the information accurate and the Portals available, and corrects errors as soon as it becomes aware of them. The proposals, terms and contracts of the companies that contact the person are the responsibility of each company.
Nothing in this notice limits DataGrowt’s liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or the rights that consumer law grants to users.
9. Cookies and data protection
The use of cookies is explained in the Cookie policy and the processing of personal data in the Privacy policy. Accepting this legal notice does not mean consenting to any data processing: permissions are given, if you wish, in separate checkboxes.
10. Accessibility
We work to make tellamamos.es and the Portals meet the WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines. If you find any accessibility problem, write to us at hello@datagrowtsystems.com.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory rules that protect consumers in their place of residence. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
